Obituary of Robert J. Keegan

Robert J. Keegan, 79, of Rockaway Point, NY, passed away Friday, November 15, 2024. Mr. Keegan was born March 5, 1945, in Brooklyn, NY. He is the son of the late William and the late Florence (nee Garraway) Keegan. 

Mr. Keegan is a veteran of the United States Navy, having served in Vietnam.

Mr. Keegan is survived by his devoted wife of 33 years, Rosemary (nee Graf) Keegan.

Beloved father of Kelly Devlin and Robert Keegan.

Cherished grandfather of Alexa and Matthew Devlin, Aidan and the late Declan Keegan.

Brother of William Keegan and the late Maureen Koren.

Mr. Keegan will be remembered by James Shaughnessy.  

Calling hours will be Tuesday, November 19 from 4:00 – 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held 11:00 AM on Wednesday, November 20 at St. Thomas More R.C. Church, 204-25 Rockaway Point Blvd., Rockaway Point, NY.

Burial to immediately follow in Green-Wood Cemetery, Brooklyn.
