Obituary of Paul T. Chisefsky
Paul Chisefsky, 91 passed away on Thursday May 2, 2024. He is survived by his son, Paul (Doreen) and daughter Christine Galvin (Kenneth). He is also survived by five grandchildren, Rebecca, Patrick, Jillian, Ryan, and Maura. Ann, his wife of 52 years passed away in 2011. Paul was born in Brooklyn, New York. He was the youngest of five children born to John and Josephine Chisefsky. He served in the army during the Korean Conflict as a helicopter mechanic. For many years Paul owned a neighborhood discount store called “The Junk Store”. In later years he was living independently in his home up until last year when a fall caused him to reside at the Menorah Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care.
The visitation for Paul T. Chisefsky will be held at Marine Park Funeral Home on Sunday, May 5, 2024 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM. The Military Honor Flag Folding Ceremony will be at 5:30 PM, followed by Prayer Service at 6:00 PM. The funeral will be on Monday, May 6, 2024 . The burial will take place at Moravian Cemetery.
