Obituary of Luis A. Rivera

Luis A. Rivera passed away on April 3, 2021. Luis was the loving husband of 48 years to Amelia. He was the cherished father of Arlene and Luis. Luis was the dear grandfather of Jonathan, Christian, Aidan, Selina, Isabella and Ariella. He was the last living son of Maria and Luis, and is now joined with them and his sisters Ada and Lucy and brothers Joe, Hector and Freddy. 

The visitation for Luis A. Rivera will be held at Marine Park Funeral Home on Sunday, April 11, 2021, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Bernard Roman Catholic Church on Monday, April 12, 2021 at 9:45 AM - the family will be meeting at the funeral home by 8:45 AM. The Committal Service will immediately follow at Linden Hill Cemetery.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord,
and let perpetual light shine upon him.
May Luis' soul and all the souls of the faithful departed,
through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
