Stephen Mattera, age 65, passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2019. Stephen Mattera was born February 8, 1954 in Brooklyn, New York. He is the son of the late Vincent and the late Anne (Lamont) Mattera. Beloved Husband of Deborah Mattera. Cherished Father of Kiona Tempelman and Louisa Mattera. Stepfather of Krista and Lauren. Dear Brother of Vincent, Betty, Theresa and the late John. Adored Grandfather of Jackson, Natalie, Henry, Louisa, Thomas, Ella, Chase and Kellan.

Reposing Friday November 22, 2019 from 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home 3024 Quentin Road Brooklyn, NY 11234.

Funeral Mass will be held 9:30 AM on Saturday November 23, 2019 at St. Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Church, 1550 Hendrickson Street Brooklyn, NY 11234.

Committal service will be private.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
