Obituary of Carol Rose Fusco

It is with extraordinary sadness and the deepest sense of loss that we announce the passing of our beloved Carol Rose Fusco. Carol fulfilled so many roles in her 80 years of life, not the least of which was her devotion as wife to Pat Fusco, mother to Julia Fusco Luberoff and Elaina Fusco. An extraordinary mother-in-law to Rolf and benevolent grandmother to Edward, Carol was a wonderfully generous woman who took a great pride in her family.  A devoted wife, mother, aunt to so many, and finance genius, and feminist.

In her 80 years, Carol never held back on what she thought and colorfully brightened the lives of anyone who came across her with her quick wit and easy laugh. Her personality was not easily forgotten, even if you only spent a few minutes in her presence.

Carol will be immensely missed by the lives she touched. Her legend spans  80 years of love and won't soon be forgotten.

The visitation for Carol Rose Fusco will be held at Marine Park Funeral Home on Saturday April 13, 2024 and Sunday April 14, 2024 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Good Shepherd Roman Catholic Church on Monday, April 15, 2024 at 11:00 AM - the family will be gathering at the funeral home by 10:00 AM. The Committal Service will immediately follow the Funeral Mass at Green-Wood Cemetery.
