Roberta Ann Faughnan, 91, of East Meadow, NY, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2026. Mrs. Faughnan was born September 30, 1934 in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late William J. and the late Miriam V. (nee Moran) Ross.

Mrs. Faughnan was predeceased by her husband Daniel Edward Faughnan, Jr.

She was the devoted mother of Roberta M. Faughnan, the late Daniel E. Faughnan III, the late William J. Faughnan, Susan E. Roman, Brian P. Faughnan (Eileen,) Lorraine C. Faughnan, Gregory C. Faughnan (Theresa,) Christopher J. Faughnan (Elizabeth G.,) Gerard F. Faughnan and Christian W. Faughnan (Victoria)

Loving grandmother of Wayne, Daniel (Valerie) Sean, Christian and Kevin

Great grandmother of Kelly and Ryan

Mrs. Faughnan was the beloved sister of the late William J. Ross, Jr. (the late Patricia A.) and Dolores M. McNamee (the late Peter J.)

Calling hours will be Tuesday, May 12 from 2:00 – 5:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, May 13 at 10:30 AM at St. Thomas Aquinas R.C. Church, 1550 Hendrickson Street, Brooklyn, NY.

Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Brooklyn.
